The Michigan Road Preservation Association (MRPA) is the voice of the preventive maintenance industry in Michigan. We are a 501(c)(6) trade association committed to promoting the best practice of pavement preservation.
Sealing cracks in roadways and repairing joints, providing a new wearing course to a road’s surface; the treatments provided by MRPA members extend the life of existing pavements.
Every $1 spent to keep a paved road in good condition will save $6 to $14 later as the road deteriorates and becomes more costly to repair.
The “mix of fixes” in the MRPA toolbox is widely used by the Michigan Department of Transportation and the state’s local road agencies to extend the service life of pavements and delay the need for expensive rehabilitation or complete reconstruction.
